Finch Harbor Consulting is looking for Payment agent to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • English — B2 level, both verbal, writing and communication

Experience in the following can be an advantage:

  • Customer support
  • Account management in Crypto Exchange company
  • Sale management
  • Experience with b2b and c2b products
  • Experience with the e-payment and fintech industry
  • Experience with working in technological platform providers

Key responsibilities:

  • Communication with Payment service providers (PSPs)
  • Opening of Merchant accounts

Establishment of correspondent relations with domestic and foreign banks, organization and control of payment process through correspondent network (SWIFT, TELEX, national electronic payment system).

Tracking the status of transactions in PSPs back-office

  • Gathering information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
  • Contacting clients to understand their requirements
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers
  • Build strong client / partner / provider relationships, through regular communication
  • Promote new products/services to existing customers
  • Organizing and follow up on procedures, tasks with clients and partners / providers
